This is the first photo I've seen of you since before your surgery. You lost a lot of weight in a short period of time! You look great!

I dropped 10 lbs before the surgery so the recovery would be easier. I've lost another 2-3 since then and I think my face finally caught up. Now I just have another 5 or so to go before I am at my (most realistic) ideal weight.
